What is Financial ISAC?

In accordance with the Information Infrastructure Protection Act No.16, Financial ISAC had duties
such as prevention of hacking damage spread for critical information infrastructure
by building up the synthetic information protection system in financial fields.

Also we performed real-time alert analysis, response process managing, vulnerability and incident component and providing information about countermeasure solutions. We have the capability to identify security threats
and prevent potential security breaches by blocking malicious network traffic before any damages can occur.

Who can use the financial ISAC service?

Financial ISAC can be used for members only where non-members can use the service
after joining ISAC and logging in to ISAC successfully.

What is the requirement for Financial ISAC member and how can we to be your member?

All of the finance organization that is related to stock work can be our member.
If you want to join our member, you should send an application documents to ISAC
and we will guide to you about detail information.

What is attack activity and attack incident?

An attack activity or attack incident is defined as any attacking action to an information communication institution through hacking, computer virus, bomb mail, service denials or high electronic wave.
And ¡°Internet incidents¡± is consider as ¡°Cyber Terror¡±

Where is the reference of the documents about the attack incident in financial ISAC?

We can get the report about the incident from our members and also get an incident notification,
technical document, security utility from public organizations or an public source community.
Also, public information can be received from CERT/CC

Can the secret be kept about attack information, when the attack incident happens?

We keep information of our customer as a security policy. It¡¯s managed not to reveal detail contents,
except for the total number of incidents.
